Do you support NHS terminology and datasets?
Yes! CheckTick includes built-in support for NHS Data Dictionary datasets, including ethnicity codes, sex, gender identity, and other standardised healthcare terminology. You can also create custom datasets for your specific needs.
What's the difference between Individual and Individual Pro?
Individual (free) accounts can have up to 3 active surveys (all encrypted). Individual Pro removes the survey limit and adds patient data templates for collecting NHS numbers and clinical information. For team collaboration with multiple users, choose from our Team plans (5-20 members) or Organisation tier for larger teams with advanced features.
Is my data secure and safe?
Yes. All CheckTick surveys are encrypted by default using AES-256-GCM encryption. Every survey is protected before storage, and only you can decrypt it with your password or recovery phrase. The platform is designed specifically for healthcare research with privacy and security as core principles.
